Triple air intake
Primary, secondary and tertiary air feed the fire in stages, burning off smoke gases for efficiency above 83%.
Air-wash glass
A curtain of air sweeps the curved ceramic glass as the fire burns, keeping the viewing window clear.
Granite heat stone
A 50 mm natural granite ring stores heat while the fire burns and releases it for hours after.
Rear-flue installation
Vent straight through the wall and keep the flue out of sight. Top outlet also available.

From steel sheet to firebox
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Laser cutting, bending, welding and finishing all happen under one roof in Dongguan.

Laser cutting & forming
Carbon steel panels are laser-cut and press-brake formed to precise arcs.

Full laser welding
The firebox is fully welded for structural stability, then lined with high-density vermiculite boards.

Sandblasting & finishing
Automatic sandblasting prepares every surface before high-temperature coating.

Assembly & inspection
Cast-iron grates, cool-touch handles and auto-return doors are fitted by hand.
